Changemaker Series

You’re Invited!

Earlier this summer, LifeWorks was selected as one of three nonprofits to participate in the American Institute of Graphic Arts’ (AIGA) Changemaker Series.

The series has united teams of creative professionals with nonprofits and social change organizations to use design thinking, sustainable frameworks and creative tools to help advance their mission. This is the first time the AIGA Changemaker Series has come to Austin, and we are proud to be part of the inaugural group of three nonprofits (LifeWorks, Foundation for the Homeless and Texas Appleseed) selected to participate in such a unique opportunity. 

On Tuesday, September 25, we will celebrate the culmination of our research with a special showcase! Please join us in celebrating our work and for the opportunity to learn more about advocacy through design for people experiencing homelessness in Austin. 

Tickets are $10, include complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and can be purchased here. The event will be held at WeWork at 801 Barton Springs Road, from 5:30-8 p.m. Paid parking is available directly across the street in the Palmer Events Center garage.
